Every year we recruit a new company of talented professional dancers with strong connections to the North East of England. Each cohort of emerging dancers works with internationally renowned choreographers to create and tour new works.  The period of paid engagemnt and the experience the dancers gain during their time with Fertile Ground helps them develop new professional skills, supporting their career development and progression.
